Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assisting with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

2\. Providing helpdesk support to staff (e.g., password resets, software

installations).

3\. Setting up new computers, workstations, and peripheral devices (printers,

scanners, etc.).

4\. Supporting network and internet connectivity issues.
