tasks. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience
in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and more.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling
interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2\. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing
paperwork and assisting with orientation sessions.
3\. Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and
procedures.
4\. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development
programs.
5\. Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
6\. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and
enhance employee engagement.
7\. Collaborate with team members on various HR tasks and projects to support
the overall goals of the department.
