Database Building/Management - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Data Management:
1. Organize, manage, and secure internal data repositories (Drive, Sheets,
project folders).
2. Maintain structured documentation for marketing, design, and client
deliverables.
3. Create automated systems for data sorting, mapping, naming, and version
control.
4. Track project progress and maintain performance logs.

B. AI Research & Prompt Engineering:
1. Develop, test, and optimize prompts for design, content, automation, and
operations.
2. Research new AI tools (text, imaging, automation, cybersecurity AI).
3. Build internal SOPs using AI for design and marketing teams.
4. Work with managers to create AI-powered workflows.

C. Design & Marketing Support:
1. Assist the design team by generating AI-based drafts, references, and
layouts.
2. Help the content team with idea generation and research.
3. Maintain internal knowledge base for design trends and marketing
benchmarks.

D. Cybersecurity Support:
1. Ensure safe practices in file sharing, password policies, cloud security,
and data access.
2. Identify vulnerabilities in workflows and propose improvements.
3. Help the team adopt secure AI tools and avoid data leaks.

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude,
Perplexity, etc.
2. Knowledge of prompt engineering and automation.
3. Experience in cybersecurity fundamentals (threats, vulnerability checks,
secure access).Structured thinking and documentation skills.
4. Basic understanding of design workflows (Photoshop, Figma references,
asset handling).Excellent communication and research abilities.

Bonus Skills:

Basic scripting (Python preferred).Experience with cloud systems (Google
Workspace, Notion, Airtable).Experience with social media content
workflows.UI/UX awareness or design sense.
