Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and innovative Data Scientist with
over 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will work on
deriving actionable insights from complex datasets, building predictive
models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real-world
problems. Your contributions will directly impact strategic decision-making
and drive business success.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable
insights to support business objectives.
2. Build, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve problems in
areas like prediction, classification, and optimization.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key performance
indicators (KPIs) and translate business challenges into analytical projects.
4. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data structures and
quality issues.
5. Design and implement data pipelines for preprocessing, feature
engineering, and automation.
6. Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings
effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
7. Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and
measure the impact of initiatives.
8. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of data science
solutions in production.
9. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data science,
machine learning, and AI technologies.
10. Document methodologies, processes, and results to ensure knowledge
sharing and reproducibility.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics,
Mathematics, or a related field. Experience in a data science role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch,
Scikit-learn).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in statistical
analysis. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI,
Matplotlib).
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
Experience with big data tools and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is an
advantage.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts
to non-technical stakeholders.
