Data Entry/Ecommerce Operations - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Order Processing: Accurately process orders from four different platforms.
You will be responsible for sending order details to our warehouse via email
and maintaining an operations sheet with sub-order numbers.
2. Courier & Logistics Coordination: Confirm all Cash on Delivery (COD)
orders and assign couriers for delivery.
3. Warehouse Communication: Create and raise orders in the WareIQ WhatsApp
group. Additionally, you will check for unassigned orders on platforms like
EasyEcom and address any discrepancies.
4. Delivery Monitoring: Monitor orders that have been in transit for over a
week and raise these issues with the last-mile delivery team via email.
5. Customer Communication & Issue Resolution: Manage customer complaints and
inquiries regarding order issues, such as wrong product delivery. You will
also check WareIQ for Non-Delivery Report (NDR) orders, contact customers to
resolve the issue, and escalate it to the last-mile team if necessary.
6. Shipment Management: Ensure all pending self-ship and EasyShip orders are
passed on to the WareIQ WhatsApp group. You will check twice daily for orders
without an AWB and assign one if needed.
7. Amazon Specific Tasks: For Amazon orders that are at risk of being shipped
late, you will assign a new AWB and update the confirmed shipment details. You
will then create a clone of the order in EasyEcom to ensure it is dispatched
correctly, and finally update the original Amazon order with the new AWB
details.
