Legal & Compliance (B2B Tech/AI Focus) - Internship

The 'Legal & Compliance Intern' will work closely with the founder and

leadership team to support tender applications, grant programs,

accelerator/incubator submissions, and corporate certifications. The role

requires a strong understanding of documentation, compliance requirements, and

the ability to research and align legal and regulatory needs with Globik AI's

business model.

This role is ideal for someone with a law background combined with exposure to

technology or B2B businesses, and an interest in the AI and startup ecosystem.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Identify, review, and apply for government and enterprise tenders relevant

to Globik AI's business offerings.

2\. Prepare, manage, and submit tender documentation, ensuring accuracy,

compliance, and deadlines.

3\. Research and apply for relevant grants, funding programs, and government

schemes aligned with AI, technology, and innovation.

4\. Identify suitable accelerator and incubator programs (India and global)

and support application submissions.

5\. Assist in applying for and managing corporate certifications such as ISO

and other industry-relevant certifications.

6\. Research certification requirements, documentation scope, timelines, and

compliance standards.

7\. Support in drafting and reviewing basic legal documents, declarations, and

compliance checklists.

8\. Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants when required for

applications and certifications.

9\. Maintain organized records of submissions, approvals, timelines, and

compliance status.

10\. Support ad-hoc legal, compliance, and documentation tasks as needed.
