Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Making order confirmation calls to customers and verifying their details.
2\. Handling NDR (Non-Delivery Report) calls by contacting customers to
resolve delivery-related issues.
3\. Recording call outcomes and maintaining data in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
4\. Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure smooth deliveries and
reduce RTO (return to origin) cases.
5\. Providing polite and professional customer support over phone calls and
whatsapp.
6\. Sharing feedback and updates on daily call status with the reporting
manager.
