Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Excel-based data management: Maintain and update fund-related data using
advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
2\. Accounting MIS & NAV reporting: Assist in the preparation and validation
of monthly MIS reports and net asset value (NAV) computations.
3\. Record maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of fund
transactions, reconciliations, and audit trails.
4\. SOP & framework adherence: Follow internal standard operating procedures
(SOPs) and compliance frameworks for fund accounting processes.
5\. Stakeholder coordination: Liaise with internal teams (finance, compliance,
and operations) and external stakeholders (custodians and auditors) for data
collection and reporting.
6\. Process documentation: Support creation and refinement of templates,
trackers, and process notes to enhance operational efficiency.
