Senior Client Success & Sales Manager - Internship

Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Ownership:
Own all inbound enquiries and qualified leads for Zunoq
Lead and close Sales Consultation calls independently
Qualify prospects quickly and decisively
Anchor budgets early and set clear expectations
Close high-ticket B2B service deals
Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
Western Client Communication:
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for clients in AU, NZ, US, UK,
and Europe
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in fluent English
Lead calls with founders, executives, and decision-makers
Present solutions, pricing, and proposals smoothly and credibly
Build trust and authority in high-stakes client conversations
Client Success & Retention:
Ensure smooth handover from sales to project delivery
Maintain strong post-sale client relationships
Manage expectations and prevent scope creep
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Drive long-term retention and account expansion
Sales Process & Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate CRM records and deal pipelines
Track deal stages, conversion rates, and forecasts
Follow structured follow-up and closing processes
Improve close rates and deal velocity over time
Sales Strategy & Growth:
Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and messaging
Help refine sales scripts, qualification frameworks, and objection handling
Identify patterns in winning and losing deals
Support future scaling of the sales and client success function
Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with Project Managers and Tech Leads for scoping when needed
Ensure only well-qualified, well-scoped clients move into delivery
Protect delivery quality by setting realistic timelines and expectations
Ownership & Accountability:
Take full ownership of revenue performance
Be accountable for numbers, results, and outcomes
Escalate only high-value or strategic deals to the founder
