Recruitment - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms

2\. Source potential candidates using online channels (e.g., LinkedIn,

Internshala, and Naukri)

3\. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates

4\. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

5\. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

6\. Communicate professionally with applicants via email and phone

7\. Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives

8\. Assist with onboarding formalities for selected candidates

9\. Provide regular status updates to the recruitment team
