Graphic Design - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Design support:

1\. Assist in creating social media posts, banners, brochures, posters, and

other marketing materials.

2\. Work on basic layouts, color schemes, and design templates as guided by

the senior designer.

B. Content creation:

1\. Develop simple illustrations, icons, and typography-based designs.

2\. Edit and retouch images for use across digital platforms.

C. Brand consistency:

1\. Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent

visual identity.

D. Software usage:

1\. Work on design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,

InDesign, or similar tools.

2\. Maintain organized design files and folders.

E. Social media & digital assets:

1\. Prepare creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website updates.

2\. Resize and optimize graphics as per platform requirements.

F. Collaboration:

1\. Coordinate with the marketing team, content writers, and senior designers

for project requirements.

2\. Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative ideas and campaigns.

G. Revisions & feedback:

1\. Make design changes based on feedback from the team.

2\. Learn and improve skills through regular guidance and review sessions.

H. Daily reporting:

1\. Maintain a daily task log and update the team on completed work.

2\. Share drafts and final designs for approval.

I. Learning & skill development:

1\. Actively learn new design trends, tools, and techniques.

2\. Attend training sessions or creative discussions organized by the company.
