Information Technology - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Offer initial support for desktop and laptop hardware and software

concerns

2\. Diagnose and resolve technical problems, encompassing both hardware and

software glitches

3\. Install, set up, and upgrade computer systems and software as required

4\. Manage and uphold our local area network (LAN) infrastructure

5\. Rectify network connectivity problems swiftly and implement solutions

6\. Safeguard network integrity by monitoring for potential threats and

enforcing security protocols

7\. Assist in the integration of new software products and technologies

8\. Provide ongoing assistance for software applications, tackling user issues

and technical hitches

9\. Conduct user training sessions to ensure proficient use of software and

technology tools

10\. Keep accurate records of all IT-related activities, including software

licenses, hardware inventory, and network configurations

11\. Generate regular reports on IT performance, challenges, and resolutions

for management evaluation
