Freelance Product Designer (Steam Toys) - Internship

critical thinking while providing an enjoyable playtime. Our mission is to

Role Description

We are seeking a Freelance Product Designers to design and develop innovative

steam-based toys that align with Exhale's vision. This part-time remote role

involves leading product design projects, ensuring they encourage creativity,

critical thinking, and experiential learning. You will collaborate with a

cross-functional team, conduct user research, apply design thinking, and

create prototypes that ultimately contribute to the success of Exhales

innovative toy line.

Qualifications

* Proficient in Visual Design and Product Design for developing engaging, functional, and aesthetically pleasing toys.

* Strong grasp of Design Thinking and creative problem-solving approaches to guide design solutions.

* Experience with User Research and UX Research to understand user needs and design informed, effective products.

* Ability to work independently, manage part-time freelance responsibilities, and contribute to project deadlines remotely.

* Knowledge or interest in the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) education space is a plus.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Product Design, Industrial Design, or relevant field.
