CRM Automation Specialist - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Manage and optimize CRM systems (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot) by

creating automations, building funnels, and ensuring smooth client management.

2\. Assist in setting up and customizing CRM systems to improve team

productivity and enhance client engagement.

3\. Collaborate with project managers to oversee the successful execution of

ongoing client projects and ensure timely delivery.

4\. Lead and support the coordination of tasks within the team to maintain

effective communication and ensure project milestones are met.

5\. Act as a point of contact for clients, assisting with queries, providing

updates, and ensuring seamless communication.

6\. Create and implement automated workflows to streamline client operations,

increase productivity, and optimize processes.

7\. Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues or automation bugs, collaborating with

the senior team to implement solutions.

8\. Document processes, workflows, and troubleshooting steps for future

reference and improvement.

9\. Assist in the creation and testing of client-facing automations, ensuring

they meet the requirements and function correctly before going live.

10\. Prepare reports for clients that outline progress, deliverables, and next

steps, maintaining transparent communication.

11\. Stay updated with the latest CRM features, trends, and best practices,

ensuring the team's work remains current and efficient.

12\. Assist with general administrative tasks related to CRM management,

project tracking, and client support.
