Apprentice Program Framework

An apprenticeship is on the job training, designed to help apprentices develop

their skills and achieve a nationally recognized standard. Apprentices get

opportunity to gain practical work experience and develop skills including

communication skills, customer service orientation, teamwork, professionalism

& work ethics. The Apprentice will support daytoday operations and analytics

functions within the Credit Bureau. This role is designed to provide handson

exposure to **credit information systems, data analysis, reporting, and

regulatory processes** , while learning how credit data is collected,

processed, and delivered to lenders and financial institutions.

* **12 months of Paid Apprenticeship with On the job training for graduate freshers respectively.**

_Key Responsibilities_

Credit Data Operations

* Assist in data validation, data quality checks, and reconciliation of credit information received from member institutions (Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs).

* Support record updates, corrections, and dispute resolution activities under supervisor guidance.

* Help maintain accuracy and integrity of consumer and commercial credit data.

MIS & Reporting Support

* Prepare basic MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Excel or internal tools.

* Assist in data analysis, data quality checks, and data reporting.

* Support senior analysts in extracting and formatting data for internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Regulatory Support

* Gain exposure to credit bureau regulations, data privacy, and compliance guidelines.

* Assist in maintaining documentation and audit support data.

* Ensure processes follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Stakeholder Coordination

* Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, IT, Analytics, and Compliance.

* Support responses to routine data requests from internal users.

Learning & Development

* Participate in training sessions, shadowing assignments, and process walkthroughs.

* Continuously learn about credit lifecycle, consumer credit scores, and risk assessment.

_Skills & Competencies_

Technical / Functional Skills

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).

* Understanding of data handling and reporting (basic).

Behavioral Skills

* Strong attention to detail.

* Willingness to learn and adapt in a regulated environment.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work with confidential and sensitive data responsibly.

Eligibility:-

* No previous experience required

* Minimum education qualification - **Graduation in any field for 12 months Apprenticeship**.

Certification:

* After successfully completing the one-year training, you will receive an **Apprenticeship Certificate** , which will validate your experience and learning during the program.
