Cyber Security - Internship

The IT support engineer provides comprehensive technical support to ensure
seamless IT operations, resolving user issues promptly while maintaining
system security, performance, and availability. This role supports end-users,
manages infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP, and follows best practices for
proactive maintenance.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Deliver help desk services including password resets, account unlocks,
basic hardware/software troubleshooting, and user guidance on
applications/devices.
2. Perform server and cloud management tasks such as routine maintenance,
backups, security updates, and optimization for on-premises or AWS/Azure/GCP
environments.
3. Handle device setup and support for printers, peripherals, email clients,
and remote workstations.
4. Manage tickets by logging, categorizing, prioritizing, tracking
resolutions, and defining escalation paths.
5. Conduct vulnerability scanning and patching with continuous scans,
remediation advice, and patch deployment.
6. Oversee backup and recovery operations including scheduled backups,
testing, and basic disaster recovery supported.
