Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Telephone customer/vendors support: Will be responsible for answering
calls from customers/bendors regarding our website/app
2. Business development: Will support the founders on strategic initiatives
such as vendor onboarding and marketing strategies
3. Web/app support: Will suggest improvements to web/app functionality and
actively help in work needed to action changes

Digital start-up connecting customers with vendors in the events industry. Our soon-to-be-launched website/app will enable customers to directly compare and source any type of specialist event vendor for any event they wish to organize, be it corporate, social, marital, or celebratory. It will also enable customers to select event planners if they wish to delegate control and responsibility of their event to a professional. For vendors, it increases visibility of their business and enables a fairer marketplace to compete for services. To start, the business will concentrate on Delhi NCR but will eventually serve the needs of customers and vendors throughout India. We are requiring motivated interns who have excellent communication and telephone skills to join our team. After successful completion of internship probation, full-time employment will be available, moving from customer support to a hybrid role involving hands-on event management as well.
