As a Customer Success intern at WEXA AI, you will have the opportunity to work
closely with our clients to ensure their success with our cutting-edge
artificial intelligence technology. You will be an integral part of our team,
providing support, guidance, and solutions to help our customers achieve their
goals.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Customer Onboarding & Support
1. Assist in onboarding new customers onto Wexa.ai's platform.
2. Provide guidance on product setup, basic troubleshooting, and usage best
practices.
3. Document customer queries and escalate issues to the Customer Success
Manager where needed.
B. Customer Engagement & Retention
1. Support the team in preparing customer communications, newsletters, and
engagement campaigns.
2. Gather customer feedback through surveys, calls, and follow-ups.
C. Data & Reporting
1. Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM (Zoho
Bigin/other tools).
2. Assist in preparing weekly dashboards and reports on customer success
KPIs.
3. Analyze usage patterns to highlight opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.
D. Collaboration & Enablement
1. Work with implementation, product, and sales teams to ensure smooth
customer handoffs.
2. Contribute to building knowledge bases, FAQs, and training material for
customers.
3. Participate in internal discussions on improving customer experience.
E. Learning & Growth
1. Gain exposure to Enterprise General Intelligence (EGI) applications and
how they transform customer workflows.
2. Shadow customer success managers in client calls and note action items.
3. Take initiative to suggest improvements in processes or customer
communication.
