Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handover after
sales closure
2. Act as a point of contact for existing clients to understand their
requirements and concerns
3. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction with services
provided
4. Support the team in maintaining long-term client relationships and
improving retention
5. Collect client feedback and share insights with internal teams for service
improvement
6. Track client interactions, follow-ups, and updates in CRM or internal
tracking sheets
7. Coordinate with recruitment, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely
service delivery
8. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs
9. Prepare basic reports on client satisfaction, renewals, and engagement
metrics
10. Assist in resolving minor client issues and escalating concerns when
required
