Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Efficient Call Handling: Manage high volumes of inbound/outbound calls
efficiently.
2. Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly, address inquiries, and resolve
issues effectively.
3. Information Provision & Resolution: Provide accurate information and aim
for first-call resolution.
4. Documentation & Reporting: Record all interactions and resolutions in the
CRM system.
5. Issue Escalation: Refer complex issues promptly to the appropriate teams.
6. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain professionalism and build
positive customer rapport.
7. Compliance & Quality: Follow company policies and meet service quality
standards.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues for a seamless customer
experience.
9. Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing training and process
improvement.
