Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
support
2. Assist customers with product/services enquiries, order processing, and
issue resolution, as well as assistance for service fulfilments
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
4. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and effective responses to
customer queries
5. Contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction and retention rates
6. Utilize MS-Office and MS-Excel to organize and analyze customer data
preferred
7. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations
