Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

Upkraft is hiring a relationship manager (RM) to manage parents, students, and
music tutors for guitar and piano classes in a defined Delhi cluster. You will
be the single point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and a great
learning experience.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build SOPs standardising operations processes
2. Handle parent & student queries post-enrolment
3. Coordinate class schedules, trials, replacements & feedback
4. Manage and support tutors within your assigned cluster
5. Ensure high satisfaction, retention, and smooth day-to-day operations
6. Act as the on-ground face of Upkraft in societies/localities
