Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

We're looking for a Customer Success Associate to be the voice of our D2C
brand. You'll be responsible for delivering a seamless post-purchase
experience, resolving customer queries, and building long-term customer
relationships across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities -
Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, social media, chat, and calls
Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, exchanges, and product
inquiries
Ensure timely and empathetic resolution of customer issues
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams to resolve order-
related concerns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/tools
Identify recurring issues and share insights with the team to improve customer
experience
Support customer retention initiatives and upsell/cross-sell where relevant
Represent the brand tone and values in every interaction.

Requirements & Skills -
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume queries
Comfortable using CRM tools, order management systems, WhatsApp dashboards
Basic understanding of D2C/e-commerce workflows
Calm, patient, and empathetic approach
