Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act as the first point of contact for school administrators and teachers.
2. Resolve queries related to digital class solutions, IFPs, and digital
learning tools and handle queries related to our books.
3. Provide basic technical troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as
needed.
4. Coordinate with implementation, operations, sales and technical teams for
timely support.
5. Assist in training and onboarding of school staff.
6. Maintain records, update ticketing systems, and share regular reports.
