Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Extensive travel across assigned territories providing technical and on-
site support to customers.
2. Hands-on installation of CPC instruments and comprehensive training for
customers' smooth operation.
3. Address technical issues and perform servicing of CPC instruments.
4. Timely completion of preventive maintenance calls to ensure equipment
efficiency.
5. Achieving quarterly, half-yearly, and annual service targets including AMC
and consumables.
6. Ensuring accurate and timely submission of reports to the head office
(installation, FSR, PM reports, etc.).
7. Working with application specialists to provide customer application
support.
8. Assisting the sales team by promoting CPC products, generating leads, and
providing product demos.
