Excel

4. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall
customer experience
5. Assist in developing training materials and resources for customer service
team members
6. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify trends and
areas for improvement
7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills
and knowledge in customer service and support.
