Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship
Wellness Garden
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Speak with Wellness Garden guests (inbound & outbound calls) to understand
their health goals, pain points, and therapy preferences using a guided
script.
2. Explain suitable Wellness Garden programs and health partner options in
simple, non-technical language and answer basic queries.
3. Schedule consultations, therapy sessions, or retreat calls by coordinating
with verified Health Partners (clinics, hospitals, retreats, studios) via
phone, WhatsApp, and email.
4. Maintain accurate records of each call/interaction in Excel/CRM - status,
follow-up date, key concerns, and recommended next steps.
5. Do structured follow-ups with warm leads (no cold calling to random lists)
and gently move them through the funnel: inquiry understanding recommendation
consultation/booking.
6. Join occasional health partner visits, online events, or webinars to
better understand therapies and improve your sales conversations.
