Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns through calls, emails, and
messages.
2. Ensure fast and accurate resolution of customer issues to maintain
customer satisfaction.
3. Manage inbound and outbound communication professionally.
4. Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
5. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department for quick closure.
6. Follow communication scripts, SOPs, and company guidelines.
7. Coordinate with store teams, operations, and other internal departments to
resolve customer concerns.
8. Provide clear, polite, and customer-friendly communication at all times.
9. Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer calls, complaints, and
resolutions.
10. Contribute to improving customer service processes by sharing customer
insights and recurring issues.
