Customer Engagement - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Deploy and manage Bharat Taxi standees/branding materials at 20-30 high-
footfall spots weekly (e.g., metro exits, auto stands, colleges).
2. Distribute 500+ leaflets daily, engaging potential users with Bharat Taxi
app demos and sign-up promotions.
3. Conduct 50-100 customer/driver surveys per shift using mobile forms;
analyze responses for quick insights on app usability and competitor feedback.
4. Track activity metrics (footfall, sign-ups, survey completion rates) and
report daily via Google Sheets or simple apps.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team for event support, social media
shutouts, and driver onboarding drives.
6. Ensure safety and compliance during fieldwork (e.g., permissions for
public spaces).
