About the role:

Position: Customer success executive - pre-sales (internship)
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Location: On-site - Bhandup (Mumbai)
Stipend: Rs. 5000 to Rs. 10,000
Hours: Part Time (Flexi Hours)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the pre-sales team in understanding client needs and preparing
customized solutions.
2. Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to manage customer
pipelines.
3. Conduct initial research on potential leads and identify prospects.
4. Help with maintaining and improving the CRM database.
5. Support in preparing client presentations and proposals.
Who can apply:
1. Students pursuing their [final/second/first year] in commerce, business
management, or related fields. (Major or minor subject in Marketing.)
2. Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
3. Proactive and eager to learn.
