Creator Onboarding Specialist - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing strategies to recruit and onboard creators for
the affiliate marketing program.
2. Identifying and reaching out to potential creators through various
channels, including phone calls, social media, email, and networking events,
while maintaining detailed and data-rich lists.
3. Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging promotional
content and materials for creators.
4. Providing ongoing support to creators to help them maximize their earnings
and optimize their promotional efforts.
5. Monitoring and analyzing affiliate performance metrics to identify
improvement areas and implementing strategies for optimization.
6. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate
marketing, and sharing actionable insights with the team.
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, serving as
the primary point of contact for all affiliate-related queries and support.
8. Maintaining accurate data records of live and upcoming campaigns.
9. Coordinating with the data team to ensure that creator entries within the
affiliate database are complete, accurate, and free from duplicates.
