Creative Executive - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan and create creative campaigns for digital, print, social media,
packaging, and in-store branding to strengthen the brand.
2. Develop storylines and campaign ideas for all brands, making sure they
match the brand's goals and style.
3. Come up with new and fresh ideas for product launches, festive promotions,
photo and video shoots, and influencer activities.
4. Take charge of photo and video shoots - plan concepts, coordinate with
teams to bring ideas to life.
5. Design marketing materials like social media posts, posters, brochures,
banners, and packaging using creative tools.
6. Work closely with designers, influencers, marketing, and operations teams
to deliver creative work that supports campaigns and launches.
7. Make sure all creative work follows the brand guidelines and looks
consistent across all platforms, and at the same time, monitor and analyze
social media performance of all the content.
8. Stay updated with design trends, competitor campaigns, and digital
marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
9. Coordinate influencers and agencies when needed and ensure all social
media content/projects are delivered on time.
10. Prepare regular reports and insights on engagement, reach, conversions,
and campaign results, and use these learnings to improve future strategies.
11. Organize and manage creative files and assets properly so the team can
easily find and use them.
