Creative Design - Internship

The Role: Instagram Carousel Designer
We're looking for a creative mind who understands that great design isn't just
aesthetically pleasing it's psychologically persuasive. You'll transform
complex brand messages into digestible, swipeable content that audiences can't
help but engage with.
What You'll Do:
Design 15-20 Instagram carousel posts weekly for diverse clients (dental
clinics, cafes, salons, real estate, hospitality)
Collaborate with our content team to translate scripts into visual narratives
Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts
Create templates and systems for efficient, high-quality output
Stay ahead of Instagram design trends and platform algorithm changes
What We're Looking For: Expert-level proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe
Creative Suite Portfolio showcasing carousel designs with strong engagement
metrics Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color psychology
Ability to adapt design style to match diverse brand identities Self-starter
who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment Knowledge of SEO-rich caption
writing is a bonus.
