Role Overview Performance Marketing Intern

Support and assist in managing performance-driven web campaigns with a focus
on delivery, lead quality, and revenue growth

Work alongside senior team members to understand and execute campaigns across
Tier-1 markets using CPL / CPA / CPS models

Key Responsibilities

Assist in building and maintaining relationships with quality publisher
inventory

Support daily campaign monitoring to help ensure volume consistency, lead
quality, and ROI

Learn and assist in campaign optimization across multiple verticals including
Auto Insurance, Solar, Home Improvement, Payday Loans, Sweepstakes, Travel,
Entertainment, and Healthcare

Help manage delivery and performance across Tier-1 geographies (US, UK, CA,
AU)

Prepare basic performance reports and insights under guidance

Eligibility / Requirements (Mandatories retained as provided)

Basic knowledge of web performance campaigns / affiliate delivery

Understanding of CPL / CPA / CPS models

Ability to manage and scale campaigns with supervision
