Content Writing - Internship
M/S RUSIA TRADERS
We are looking for an intern who can help us design and structure training
content for our internal teams - sales staff, accounts team, helper/support
staff and managers. The intern will convert the business owner's practical
experience into simple, classroom-ready training in Hindi + basic English.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Convert rough ideas and voice/WhatsApp notes into clear training modules,
stories, and checklists for sales staff.
2. Break content into levels (Beginner, intermediate, advanced) and create
simple, step by step training flow.
3. Prepare classroom-friendly material.
4. Develop role play scripts, practical examples, FAQs and recap summaries.
5. Simple slides/one-pagers/printable handouts.
6. Organise and clean existing content (Word, PDF, Sheets) into a consistent
format.
7. Coordinate with the owner to update content based on real store cases and
feedback.
Note: We will guide with the content.
