Content & Growth Manager - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research content ideas, trends, and angles
2. Create content: image posts, carousels, reels, text posts
3. Platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X
4. Reel editing (minimum intermediate level required)
5. Track performance, analyze audience response, and iterate strategy
continuously
6. Plan and run basic-intermediate Meta ad campaigns
7. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns within defined budgets
8. Identify and reach out to potential partners and investors
9. Handle communication, follow-ups, and close deals/partnerships
10. Track leads, conversations, and outcomes in Excel/Google Sheets
