Content & Growth Manager (Creator Brand) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Brand Partnerships & Sponsor Management
1. Handle inbound brand inquiries
2. Outreach to new brands for collaborations
3. Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and payments
4. Maintain a database of brands and follow-ups
5. Work closely with the creator to align content + brand goals

B. Content Distribution & Posting
1. Manage posting across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
2. Coordinate with the Content Analyst for research inputs
3. Track performance and suggest improvements
4. Repurpose long-form content into short reels or posts (with editors)

C. Cohort & Community Management
1. Manage student onboarding, announcements, and scheduling
2. Collect testimonials and feedback
3. Maintain Telegram/Discord community
4. Assist in operations during cohort sessions

D. Digital Product Operations
1. Assist with launching ebooks, templates, guides, and workshops
2. Handle landing pages, forms, and basic funnel tasks
3. Track sales and send updates to the team

E. Admin, Coordination & Execution
1. Manage calendars and communication
2. Work with editors/designers when needed
3. Keep tasks organized and projects moving
4. Maintain basic reporting and performance dashboard
