Content Development (English) - Internship

We are building an 'Internal Knowledge Base' to document processes, workflows,
and training resources across departments - and we're looking for a content
writing intern who can help us make this vision a reality.

As a 'Content Writing Intern,' you will help create, organize, and refine
documentation that captures Namekart's internal knowledge - from step-by-step
task guides to detailed training manuals. You'll work closely with our
business, tech, HR, and sales teams to convert practical workflows into easy-
to-follow written and visual content.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Create detailed SOPs, to-do guides, and task documentation for internal
tools and workflows.
2. Develop training modules, how-to guides, and reference materials for new
hires.
3. Interview team members to understand processes and convert them into
clear, structured documents.
4. Maintain a centralized knowledge repository (e.g., Notion, Confluence, or
Google Workspace).
5. Edit and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency,
and clarity.
6. Assist in designing learning paths and interactive resources for
onboarding and skill development.
