Content Development (English) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Daily Content Design and Development:
1. Design and produce visually appealing and target-driven educational
content daily using tools like Canva and Google Slides/PPT.
2. This content will include slides for daily lessons, visual aids for live
classes, and other presentation materials for both kids' programs and adult
courses (e.g., Business English, Interview Prep).
3. Adhere strictly to brand guidelines and content targets provided by the
Namaste Classroom team.
B. Worksheet and Activity Creation:
1. Develop engaging, printable worksheets and supplementary learning
activities specifically for our kids' programs (Phonics, Creative Writing,
Public Speaking).
2. Ensure all learning materials align with the curriculum objectives and
reinforce key concepts taught in the classes.
3. Iteratively revise worksheets based on feedback from educators and
performance data.
C. Content Writing, Research, and Quality Assurance:
1. Write and edit clear, concise, and error-free copy for all teaching
materials, ensuring the language is appropriate for the target audience (kids
or adults).
2. Conduct basic research to ensure the factual accuracy and relevance of the
educational content (especially for topics like grammar rules or professional
communication best practices).
3. Ensure all developed content, including PPTs and visuals, is submitted on
time and meets the quality standards set by the Namaste Classroom team.
