Content & Communication - Internship

As a Content & Communication Intern, you'll assist in maintaining and updating
our online learning platforms and website, ensuring that all workshop
information, course descriptions, and communications are accurate, up-to-date,
and aligned with the brand voice.
This role is a mix of content writing, digital coordination, and backend
management ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with organization
and tech.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Write, edit, and update workshop and course descriptions for the website
and online portals.
2. Proofread and refine content for clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
3. Manage updates across dashboards (WordPress, Shopify, LMS, CRM, etc.)
including course pages, prices, and enrolment details.
4. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure accurate
communication across social media, website, and email.
5. Assist in setting up and managing email campaigns (Mailchimp or
equivalent).
6. Maintain consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints.
7. Track website-based enrolments and assist in building automated
communication workflows.
8. Support with backend blog updates, FAQs, and resources.
