Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

At Robominds, we believe in empowering the next generation to explore,
discover, create, and innovate.
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you'll play a crucial role in shaping how
the world perceives Robominds from inspiring parents and students to engage
with our programs, to showcasing the creativity and innovation happening in
our classrooms.. You'll be working hands-on to build the digital voice of a
brand: ideating, creating, and executing content strategies that tell real
stories of learning, innovation, and impact.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop engaging and high-quality visual and written content for
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Design reels, posts, carousels, and stories that align with the brand's
tone, style, and message.
3. Collaborate with trainers, students, and program leads to capture
authentic classroom moments and transform them into digital stories.
4. Maintain consistency in brand voice, colors, and communication across all
platforms.
5. Ideate and execute monthly content themes (e.g., robotics in education,
student achievements, innovation in STEM).
6. Assist in designing and implementing Robominds' social media growth
strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement.
7. Research and analyze competitor brands and education trends to identify
new content opportunities.
8. Use data to suggest creative optimizations what kind of content performs
best, what timings work, etc.
