Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Internship Logistics:

(a) Compensation is Rs 10,000/month. (2) Part-time, 20 hours/week. (3) Remote
no travel required. (4) Work hours are Flexible - ignore the start/end times
specified in the job posting (5) Duration of Internship is flexible, subject
to company needs, intern availability and performance.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop engaging and innovative content related to real estate investing
and housing markets, such as research articles, data reports, FAQs, Product
documentation, social media posts and investment guides.
2. Post content on our website, blogs, and social media platforms
3. Maintain the content calendar to ensure timely planning, execution and
publication.
4. Assist in creating marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand
awareness and drive traffic to our website
5. Collaborate with the design team to generate content ideas aligned with
our brand and marketing goals, to create visually appealing and cohesive
content.
6. Research real estate industry trends and competitors to stay current and
informed
7. Optimize website content for SEO and GEO (Gen AI engine optimization) to
improve rankings and visibility.
8. Monitor and analyze the performance of social media performance metrics
and website analytics reports to make data-driven decisions and adjustments
9. Engage with our users and followers and respond to comments and messages
10. Build mechanisms to seamlessly adapt content to fit different formats
such as Blogs, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, email newsletters and
short-form video scripts.
