Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Content Creation:
1. Create daily Instagram Reels on Nagpur real estate, new projects, market
updates, site visits, and lifestyle content.
2. Edit and upload 2 YouTube videos per week (project walkthroughs, reviews,
insights).
3. Shoot videos/photos during project visits (mobile shooting).
4. Write simple captions and scripts.

B. Social Media Management:
1. Maintain posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
2. Respond to comments and DMs; share interested leads with the sales team.
3. Track trending audio, topics, and competitor content.

C. Project Promotions:
1. Make reels and banners for new project launches.
2. Highlight property features, amenities, location, and builder branding.
3. Coordinate with the internal team for content approvals and posting.

D. Reporting:
1. Share weekly progress: reels performance, reach, engagement, and basic
analytics.
2. Suggest ideas to improve content.
