Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, and captions) for
our social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, etc.) to
promote our software services and brand.

Schedule and publish content across social media platforms using tools like
Canva, buffers, or native schedulers.

Monitor social media accounts daily, respond to comments/messages, and engage
with followers, industry accounts, and potential clients to build community
and relationships.

Research trends in software development, tech, and digital marketing to ideate
fresh content ideas.

Assist in managing and nurturing incoming leads by following up via email,
DMs, or WhatsApp, qualifying them, and passing qualified leads to the sales
team.

Track and report basic performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement,
lead inquiries) for social media posts and campaigns.

Support other marketing tasks such as brainstorming campaigns, creating simple
promotional materials, or updating the company website/blog with new content.
