1. Create fun, fresh content for Instagram & reels
2. Help build & manage monthly social media calendars
3. Brainstorm viral ideas, memes, hooks & campaigns
4. Collaborate with influencers (DM them, negotiate, plan shoots)
5. Research trends
6. Assist in creating UGC videos, BTS content, and stories
7. Track performance: what's popping, what needs a glow-up
8. Participate in ideation for product/content campaigns
9. Support community engagement (comments, DMs, interactions)
