Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the Instagram account, planning content, maintaining visual
consistency, and aligning every post with the brand's tone and aesthetic.
2. Editing photos and videos (reels, behind-the-scenes, client
transformations) for high-quality and visually engaging social media content.
3. Creating captivating captions, trending hashtags, and interactive stories
to boost reach and engagement organically.
4. Handling DMs, client enquiries, and leads from Instagram and Google
Business Profile with professionalism and timely follow-ups.
5. Scheduling posts, monitoring analytics, and reporting insights on audience
growth, engagement, and post performance.
6. Collaborating directly with Tanya Gupta to highlight work from both Dublin
and New Delhi, ensuring brand consistency across geographies.
7. Developing digital marketing strategies to reach the target audience
(bridal, fashion, and beauty clients) through creative campaigns and trend-
based content.
8. Researching current beauty and influencer marketing trends, suggesting
innovative content ideas, and experimenting with new formats to improve
visibility and conversions.
9. Assisting in optimising the Google Business Profile to enhance local
reach, gather reviews, and improve search visibility.
