Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

As a Social Media Intern, you will help build, manage, and grow our digital
presence across platforms by creating engaging content, understanding audience
behavior, and supporting brand communication strategies. This is a creative +
growth-focused role, centered on content creation, audience engagement,
analytics, and learning how social media drives real business and impact.

The first 10 days are completely training-oriented, so you learn tools,
formats, trends, and workflows before taking ownership.

A. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Assisting in creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other
platforms.
2. Supporting reel ideas, captions, hooks, and content calendars.
3. Researching trends, hashtags, formats, and competitor content.
4. Engaging with the audience via comments, DMs, and community interactions.
5. Assisting in basic video editing, thumbnails, and post scheduling.
6. Tracking content performance and sharing insights with the growth team.
7. Working closely with marketing, content, and career advisory teams.
8. Participating in training sessions, reviews, and feedback discussions.

B. 30-60-90 Day Internship Roadmap:

1. Days 1-10
a. Understanding brand voice and audience.
b. Learning the basics of social media psychology and trends.
c. Exploring content formats, tools, and mock content creation.
d. Participating in training, shadowing, and feedback sessions.

2. Days 11-60
a. Assisting in content creation and posting.
b. Writing captions, creating reels, and producing trend-based content.
c. Engaging with the community.
d. Participating in regular reviews and mentorship.

3. Days 61-90
a. Handling content independently.
b. Earning performance-based incentives.
c. Discussing PPO and role progression.
