Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

HempZero is looking for a sharp, fast, creatively wired Video Editor who lives
and breathes Instagram, trends, aesthetics, and storytelling. This role sits
at the heart of our digital marketing team if you love turning raw footage
into scroll-stopping content, and you thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led
brand environment, you'll fit right in.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Ads, Founder-led
content, BTS, product videos, and campaigns.
2. Help conceptualise and organise our weekly content calendar ensuring every
asset supports growth, engagement, and brand storytelling.
3. Join us on shoot days in Mumbai to assist with directing, capturing
footage, and managing on-ground content flow.
4. Stay ahead of IG trends, transitions, audio formats, storytelling
patterns, and editing styles that elevate performance.
5. Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to bring creative ideas to
life quickly and efficiently.
6. Maintain HempZero's visual identity, ensuring all edits feel clean,
premium, and on-brand.

What You Bring:

1. Strong command of editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut,
and After Effects (bonus).
2. Ability to turn around edits fast without compromising quality.
3. A solid understanding of social media performance, pacing, hooks, memes,
storytelling, and aesthetic nuance.
4. Interest in fashion, sustainability, lifestyle, or creator-economy content
is a plus.
5. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable with hybrid work.
