Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Graphic design:
1. Design Instagram static posts, carousels, and stories
2. Convert content ideas into clean, engaging, and visually appealing
creatives
3. Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, spacing, and layout
4. Make revisions based on feedback from the team and clients
5. Export creatives in correct formats and sizes

B. Social media strategy support (Guidance will be provided):
1. Assist in planning weekly and monthly content calendars
2. Understand content objectives such as engagement, reach, and brand
positioning
3. Suggest post ideas, hooks, and content formats
4. Analyze post-performance to understand what works better
5. Support improvements in grid aesthetics and content flow
6. This role involves execution-level strategy support, not high-level brand
strategy

C. Communication & coordination:
1. Share creatives with clients for approval
2. Follow up professionally for feedback and content inputs
3. Coordinate with video editors for reel-related content
4. Schedule approved posts
5. Maintain content trackers, folders, and documentation
6. Strong and professional communication is essential for this role

What this role does not include:

1. Client acquisition or pitching
2. Pricing or commercial negotiations
3. Paid ads management
4. Final decision-making without approval
5. You will suggest, execute, and improve, while final approvals remain with
the founder
