Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Mind Spa is a free, intimate community that helps people heal, detox and reset
with 5-minute daily practices (journalling, guided meditations, breath-body
resets, mini coaching and reflection). We care deeply about emotional healing,
presence and simple daily rituals that transform life. We're looking for a
compassionate, proactive Social Media & Community Management Intern to help
repurpose content, manage our WhatsApp community, and maintain a consistent,
heart-centred presence on Instagram and LinkedIn. This is ideal for students
or freshers interested in content creation, mindfulness, and community
building.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Convert raw videos/voice notes into short Instagram Reels / carousels and
LinkedIn posts.
2. Schedule and post content across Instagram & LinkedIn with CTAs to join
our WhatsApp group.
3. Post daily content in WhatsApp (Mon-Fri) and welcome new members with the
template message.
4. Respond to basic community messages using pre-approved replies; highlight
deeper queries for Aanshi.
5. Add captions, subtitles, and basic editing (CapCut / InShot).
6. Prepare a weekly analytics snapshot (engagement, new members, top posts).
7. Suggest content ideas aligned to weekly themes.

You will learn: content repurposing, community facilitation, and how to grow
an authentic personal brand in the coaching space.

Who should apply:
1. Students / freshers or early professionals who love personal growth or
mindfulness.
2. Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva and basic video editing (or eager
to learn).
3. Energetic, organized, proactive and kind. Attitude > experience.

Logistics:
1. Duration: 3 months (extendable)
2. Hours: ~2-3 hours/day, Mon-Fri (flexible)
3. Stipend: 8,000- 10000 / month (based on experience)
4. Mode: Remote
